How do i subscribe to Smartforce?

Choose your plan and send us an email, then we will contact you to make sure that we provide a successful onboarding.

What is the difference between the plans?

What is included in my subscription?

No matter your plan, you will gain access to your profile, and you will be onboarded via one of our Customer Happiness Agents. We also include free support in all our subscriptions. You can view our plans by clicking the “Pricing” tab or going to

What are the subscription terms?

The subscription is monthly, and you can either choose to subscribe for 12, 24 or 36 months at a time. We provide a discount when signing up for more than 12 months, so feel free to contact us to discuss discount options!

How do i pay?

We will ask for your invoice information, and then send you an invoice for the plan you have chosen. In the future, we will also provide the option to pay with credit cards as well.

Can i purchase a plan now?

Yes! You can subscribe to one of our plans for a minimum of 12 months today.

How is my subscription renewed?

Your subsciption is automatically renewed if you don’t send in your cancellation as agreed.

How do i upgrade my plan?

Can i downgrade my plan?

This depends on your payment plan. Contact us if this situation occurs, and we will take a look at it for you.

I already have a lot of platforms and i dont want to add more

We understand your frustration, which is exactly why we wish to provide integrations in the future, even more so than we already have today. In our solution we provide a closed community with minimum interruptions from marketing and the like.

How does the partner program work?

Today, we provide three options: Referrals, a hybrid partner, or for us to work as a lead generator for you. The latter option also include getting to add your logo on our website.

How do i add users?

Having multiple users is a Premium feature. You can add more users via your profile, where you can easily send invites to people and add them to a specific role. We will send you an invoice for the added user(s) for the remaining time you have left on your current plan.
